CANCELLATION POLICY

Bellevue Tennis: Program Cancellation Policies


At Bellevue Tennis, we are committed to providing a high-quality experience for all our participants. Our policies are designed to be fair while allowing us to manage registrations, court time, and staffing for our various programs. Please find the policy below that corresponds to your specific registration.

Multi-Day Camp Cancellation Policy (This policy applies to single-week, multi-day camps):

Participant-Initiated Cancellations:

More than 14 Days' Notice:

Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the start date will receive a full refund to the original form of payment, less a $15 administrative fee.


Between 14 Days and 72 Hours' Notice:

Cancellations made between 14 days and 72 hours prior to the start date will receive a 50% refund to the original form of payment, OR a 100% credit to be used for future Bellevue Tennis programs. This credit is valid for programs within the current season only, and its use is contingent on space being available in the desired camp or clinic.

Please note: If you opt for the 100% program credit and subsequently cancel the new registration made with that credit, the credit is forfeited. In this instance, the alternate option of a 50% refund of the original registration fee will be issued. Credits cannot be rolled over to multiple future camps.


Less than 72 Hours' Notice / No-Shows:

Cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice and "no-shows" will not be eligible for a refund or a credit.

Cancellations Due to Injury:

For cancellations due to an unforeseen injury occurring with less than one week's notice, a program credit may be issued at the discretion of the organization. A formal doctor's note is required to be considered for a credit. If issued, any credit will be pro-rated and is valid only for the current season, subject to program availability.


Clinics, Multi-Week & Drop-In Session Policy (This policy applies to class sessions spanning several weeks and one-off/drop-in clinics):

More than 1 Week's Notice:

Cancellations made up to one week before the start of the first class in the session are fully refundable, less a $15 administration fee.


Less than 1 Week's Notice:

For cancellations made with less than one week until the start of the session, no refunds will be given. However, a substitute player of the same level may be accepted at the discretion of the camp administrator to take the spot for the duration of the session.


Private Lesson Cancellation Policy

Between 12 and 24 Hours' Notice:

For lessons cancelled between 48 and 24 hours of the scheduled lesson time, a $40 cancellation fee will be charged.

Less than 12 Hours' Notice/No-Shows:

Cancellations with under 24 hours' notice and no-shows are responsible for paying the full lesson fee.


General Policy for All Programs

Cancellations by Bellevue Tennis (Inclement Weather, etc.):

In the event that Bellevue Tennis must cancel a camp, clinic, or lesson due to inclement weather (rain-outs), instructor unavailability, or any other reason, participants will receive a full, pro-rated refund for the missed time. We will notify all participants of such cancellations as promptly as possible.
